In Case of a refund, if the project given by the client exceeds the time limit of 15 days, then in such case no refund will be applicable.
However, if the client insist for the domain name registered & if the work has been completed more than 50 % , then the client may get the domain name access after paying 75 % of the total cost of project.

Setup fees are consumed in real as soon as we start configure and setup SMTP servers and domains.

So all dedicated servers & SMTP servers has NO REFUND at all.
All customers are agree that these services are non refundable, and non transferable under any circumstances.

L4ITES may refuse to refund a customer’s payment if the customer has been provided by any log-in information to the purchased server.

TEAM L4ITES doesn't refund the credits for undeliverable SMS messages to you because we cannot guarantee delivery of the SMS messages to recipients due to possible errors. Company debits transmitted SMS messages according to its transmission logs. These logs are deemed correct and valid even if the customer has objected to the correctness of the accounting records, except if investigation by TEAM L4ITES has produced evidence of a technical problem or error.

TEAM L4ITES reserves the right to exclude you from using this service, refunding you any remaining amount in your account. All purchases must be considered as final, in compliance with our no refund policy.
The SMS account balance is non-refundable and does not bear interest. All the SMS must be used in the validity period from the date of the purchase and no carry forward of the credits will be made unless otherwise defined in a separate contract.
